However: a) Should you have your own map sets we will gladly ad them to your login. You can upload them via this secure upload facility using your login. b) The HOTEYE system also allows you to draw your own mapping directly on top of the existing vector and satellite mapping. c) We will assist you with basic map drawing support should you require. d) Precision GIS mapping services are available on request. You are therefore again spoilt for choice. Training We offer 1, 2, 3 and 5 day tailored courses on all our products, services and risk management applications at a minimal fee. Should you and/or your staff require training please feel free to send us your training request: a) Preferred date and location, b) Number of delegates, c) Items to be covered in the training, d) Any special dietary requirements. Installations Due to the easy to use DIY nature of our products, installations are seldom required. However, installations services are offered by our agents and dealers at a minimal fee. In cases where our HOTNET VHF network is required the installation of the network is done by qualified HOTGROUP personnel. Demonstrations We are very proud of our products and therefore appreciate any opportunity to demonstrate them. However, due to the nature of our products they can only be effectively demonstrated in real use environments with the added advantage of real use and track records in real-time. We have therefore appointed demo-agents just for this purpose. They are real customers with real applications and there are one near you. Repairs Our products are of the highest quality, but in the event of failure we are able to repair all of our products. Rechargeable batteries require replacement after the 2nd or 3rd year depending on temperature exposure and use. We are also able to refurbish any product and restore it to its original esthetics.
