We offer no less than 4 types of purchase options for you to choose from. The process of ordering differ a bit for each of the options and this section has been designed to explain the process of ordering for each:

 

Prepaid
This type of package is designed for those who wish to purchase their services upfront rather than submitting to monthly rental installments and credit vetting. The products are bought on a cash on order basis and the service subscriptions are paid in advance.

Advantages: No credit checks, only the signing of a service agreement is required. No mandatory product insurance, no long term liabilities. Upgrades and service termination is effortless. Purchasing is fast and uncomplicated. No interest is payable. Products and airtime services are tax deductible.

The ordering procedure for this type of purchase is as follows:
1) Place an order by telephone, fax, email or letter directly with us or with your local distributor dealer or agent. Please include the following details in your order:

a) Packages selected and quantity of each.
b) The total package cost as calculated by you.
c) Date on which the delivery is required.
d) Any special requirements or confirmations you need.
e) Your full names, contact details, email address, fax number, postal address, delivery address, VAT number, company name and registration number (if applicable).
f) Proof of residential address.
g) Certified copy of your ID document.

2) On receipt of your order a pro-forma invoice and service agreement will be issued to you for payment and signature.
3) Please make payment and send proof of payment together with your signed service agreement.
4) On receipt of your payment and signed service agreement your order will be processed. An invoice, copy of the signed contract, username and password will be included with your order and delivered to your specified delivery address. You will be notified of the dispatch with a traceable tracking number.
5) On delivery of your order you are required to activate your devices and setup your HOTEYE account with the username and password provided. You should then change your username and password for security purposes.

 

Contract
This type of package is designed for those who wish to purchase their services and products on two separate monthly installment contracts. The hardware (products) and airtime services are bought on separate upgradable/extendable 24 month contracts. The hardware is paid for monthly in advance and the airtime is paid monthly in arrears according to use. The hardware ownership is transferred to the customer after the rental period. It is a requirement to specify the products on your short term insurance policy for the full rental contract term.

Advantages: What makes this an excellent choice is that the monthly rental installments are low, the airtime usage component is linked to actual usage and the full expense is tax deductible. You can upgrade to ad more devices during your contract term. The products become the property of the customer after the contract term. You can then decide to 1) upgrade to a new contract and send your old products in for credit or discount, or 2) upgrade to airtime contract only which only includes the airtime component (the hardware is already paid for) and send the products to us for refurbishment and software upgrade. This option is therefore even more affordable in its second contract term.

The following will also be included in your order parcel; signed contract copies and a username and password.
5) On delivery of your order you are required to sign and fax the acceptance document, activate your devices and setup your HOTEYE account. You should also change your username and password for security purposes.

The hardware ownership is transferred to the customer after the rental period. It is a requirement to specify the products on your short term insurance policy for the full rental contract term.

Advantages: This an excellent choice as the monthly rental installment is low and the full expense is tax deductible. You can upgrade to ad more devices during your rental term. The products become the property of the customer after the rental term. This type of package is designed for those who wish to lease their services and products on a single 36 to 60 month contract. Both the hardware (products) usage and airtime services usage are bought on the same upgradable/extendable 36-60 month lease contract. The lease installment is paid for monthly in advance at a fixed rate. The hardware ownership is not transferred to the customer after the lease period and should be returned at the owners own expense once the contract expires. The owner is responsible for replacement of the products in the event of loss or destruction beyond economical repair. It is therefore a requirement to specify the products on your short term insurance policy for the full leases term.

Advantages: What makes this an excellent choice is that the lease cost is low and the full installment is tax deductible. You can upgrade to ad more devices during your lease term and upgrade to a new lease agreement on term completion.
